Good catch on the shape and repeating pattern here. You're showing what it is you want the viewer to see. The pink and green also offset each other nicely.

But we do have a few problems. Our background is too busy. The flowers get lost int he mish mash of shape in the background.

There's also the blown out background with a truck in it. This shot is about the shape and color of these pink flowers; what does an overexposed truck do to help them? Same thing with the bright green leaves growing out of the bottom right of the frame, they take away from our subject.

The flowers are cool. But we need to see just the flowers. Go back to this spot and take a few shots from every conceivable side and angle you can find and get just the flowers. Or snag them and hang them in front of a black background at home and start playing with lighting them.

In all it's good that you could "see" them. You did use the available light to try and make them stand out. I'm not going to pick on color correction, camera or editing technicals because I know you starting out and not using a lot of software and lens choices.
